Commercial cleaning
Complete Cleaning (Southern) covers all areas needed for commercial cleans. The choice is yours: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or half-yearly. If required we will perform a deep clean prior to commencement of a contract, ensuring that our staff maintain a high standard of service.
We can provide sanitary service, window cleaning, upholstery and carpet cleaning within a single contract, as well as all consumables if required.
Office/retail
Our services range from a full clean to any of the following for health & safety requirements:
- Emptying bins
- Polishing desks
- Sanitising kitchen/toilet areas
- Vacuuming
- Garden/hedge & car park maintenance
Our clients are happy for us to be key-holders for their premises, if out-of-hours cleaning is required.
Builders cleans
We are experienced in builders cleans on both new and refurbished properties for both commercial companies and private home owners. This consists of an initial 'builders clean' prior to the snagging list and a 'sparkle' on completion if required.
Some building projects may be halted because of hazards such as contaminated syringes or needles. We can organise needle sweeps upon request and have a licence for collection and carrying. We aim to provide this service on the same day of initial contact.
Complete Cleaning (Southern) Ltd is accredited by both SAFEcontractor and Constructionline, and is registered with the Construction Skills Certification Scheme.
Floor maintenance
We offer a comprehensive floor care service, including stripping, sealing, polishing and ongoing maintenance for:
- Wooden flooring
- Tiles
- Flagstones
- Vinyl
Once a year, a floor would need stripping back, resealing and polishing. Thereafter, we perform a regular maintenance schedule according to requirements.
Carpet cleaning
Our carpet cleaning professionals have established a reputation for providing a first-class service with superior carpet cleaning quality. We can undertake:
- Shampooing
- Spot and stain removal
- Upholstery cleaning
- Vacuuming
- Scotchgard™ protection
Regular cleaning not only removes surface dirt but also accumulated hidden hazards, such as soil, mites and bacteria. Removal of these will lessen allergic reactions and provide a healthy environment.
We use a hot water extraction system to 'deep clean' the carpet fibres and aim to have them dry within the hour. However, please note that heavily soiled carpets make take up to five hours.
